How does SavingMinutes© work?

SavingMinutes© is a software program which creates a database of information critical to First Responders and Emergency Planners for use in responding to an emergency.
The software is installed by the local governmental entity on their secure servers.
The information for the database is provided by the resident via the Internet. Passwords are created by the resident for security purposes. Residents without an internet connection are provided with a form to fill out which is then entered into the database.
The resident voluntarily provides their critical home and personal information which they can update at any time. While the SavingMinutes© questions are comprehensive and wide ranging, the resident can fill out as much, or as little, information as they feel comfortable giving. Just knowing how many are in a residence can be life saving information in an emergency.
The information can be updated at any time by the resident as their situations change. No more waiting for third party updates. There is no time lag from the time the information is entered into the database to when it is available to the First Responder. The information is always as current as the resident provides.
The database can used by First Responders, Emergency Response Planners and Logistics Planners.
The database information can also create a database or "registry" of those with Special Needs and provide critical information, such as having the "Vial of Life" available.
If your local government obtains Emergency Services from another local government, those Emergency Service First Responders will be able to quickly and easily access SavingMinutes© information regarding residents of your community through the use of an internet connection and secure password.
If your local government provides Emergency Services to another local government, you will be able to quickly and easily access SavingMinutes© information regarding residents of the community you are responding to through the use of an internet connection and secure password
