SavingMinutes© is a software program specifically designed for Emergency Management Planning and Logistic Departments and First Responders. The SavingMinutes© program creates and references a database of specific information regarding your residents home and personal information. This information can then be accessed and used for a variety of purposes.

The SavingMinutes© database information is provided by your residents:

  • SavingMinutes© is accessed directly by the residents in your community via the Internet. Residents without an internet connection are provided with a form to fill out which is then entered into the database.
  • The resident voluntarily provides their critical home and personal information which they can update at any time.
  • Special Needs residents can enter their critical information, such as having the “Vial of Life” available.
  • There is no time lag from the time the information is entered into the database to when it is available to the First Responder. The information is always as current as the resident provides.
The SavingMinutes© database can be accessed and the information used in several ways.
  • Emergency Management Planners can access summaries of information as required when preparing disaster response plans.
  • Disaster Response is a critical function of SavingMinutes©. Disaster response generally requires resources from outside the disaster area. Any first responder with an Internet connection and the local database password can access the database.
  • First Responders can access full information regarding a specific address when responding to an individual emergency situation.
  • Special Needs residents are easily identified in the database.
